Here
at BorderVET Animal Health, we believe that every pet deserves to be
loved and cared for. We are dedicated to helping out where we can and
we are happy to support Funds for Furry Friends and Bright Eyes Dog
Rescue, two organizations from which you can adopt a foster pet and give
them the life they deserve. Please visit their websites for more
information, including a picture and bio on each of the pets up for
adoption, information on the adoption process, how to make a donation,
becoming a foster home and much more.
Funds
for Furry Friends: "Funds Furry Friends is a nationally registered
charity run completely by volunteers. The organization has rescued 1228
dogs since it's beginning in 2001. Funds for Furry Friends is a foster
home based rescue, which means each of our dogs is in the care of a
loving foster families who care for the dogs in a home environment,
until a forever home is found. The rescue is operated completely by
volunteers." You can visit the Funds for Furry Friends website atwww.fundsfurfriends.com Bright
Eyes Dog Rescue: "We are a non-profit organization located in Regina,
SK Canada dedicated to rescuing dogs that are in bad situations,
homeless, abandoned and in some cases, surrendered. With the help of
dedicated volunteer foster families, our dogs are well-cared for, nursed
back to health when needed, fed, walked, trained and loved until they
find their new, loving and caring family. We strive to help with the
over-population of pets by making sure each and every puppy*, adolescent
and adult dog is spayed/neutered. (*Note: Puppies are required to have a
refundable spay/neuter deposit until proof of such is shown.) We,
through our adoption application process and home visit, are hoping to
find a wonderful, long-term, loving and caring family for each one of
our dogs. We tell you honestly of the good points and any areas that we
know of where the dog(s) needs improvement so there are hopefully no
surprises when you and your new pet come together. After all, we are
looking for a BEDR life for our dogs!" You can visit the Bright Eyes
